1. Order Cancellation
There is the option of canceling an order or part of it, as long as it has not been executed. In this case, the customer should contact BMAC.GR to make the cancellation. Otherwise you should proceed with the product return process.
2.Refunds of products
The customer has the right to unsubscribe and return the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, packaged intact and include the original contents. In this case, the delivery / return costs are charged to the customer.
The products in any case must be returned to the condition delivered to the customer and accompanied by all the documents they had at the time of delivery.
Products that have "Free Shipping" in case of a refund - credit will be charged the shipping cost originally charged by the company.
Products that have been opened and tested by the customer to which the company has provided technical support can not be returned unless they are technically defective - a defect.
All products should be delivered to the company's headquarters. The company does not assume the responsibility and is not obliged to receive parcels or merchandise other than the aforementioned co-operating courier companies (eg ELTA)
3. Guarantees or damage returned
If a product is defective or damaged, the customer may send it to the company for repair or replacement if it is under warranty.
The return procedure is the following and applies to all cases (new, problematic, etc.):

-After completing the form and agreeing to the refund terms, you will carefully package the package so that it will not be damaged during transportation.

If the product is in difficulty, the refund will be at the expense of the company. If the product does not have a problem, the refund will again be charged to the customer. Hard disks and peripherals included in a non-warranty set are received and shipped at the expense of the customer.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be received.
4. Returns not covered by warranty
The return procedure in case of damage to the product when it is out of warranty should first be consulted - contact the store to see if the product can be repaired. The shipment and return of the product (s) shall be at the expense of the consumer. It is the consumer's duty to complete the return form through the website.
